Our Team

Our team is a group of professional investors, ex-CEOs and serial entrepreneurs in technology industries, with more than 30 years of experience in technology and innovation projects at a Global level.

We are comfortable investing in early stage projects, helping founders from day zero, even when the business model or growth strategy is not yet defined.

Our Way

Strategy
As a specialized seed capital investor, we invest in seed and growth tech companies in rapidly expanding global markets. FOSTUL efficiently deploys capital and knowledge to unlock value and generate attractive returns for our investors.
Industry
We focus on the SaaS, B2B and AI sector and invest in digitally-connected, technology leaders, based primarily in Latin America, with offerings that provide clear knowledge-related economic benefits.
Stage
Although we are generally "stage agnostic", we prefer to invest in firms that are in a pre-growth (seed-stage) phase, with a proven technology that can be effectively scaled to successful and sustainable global enterprises.
Role
We seek to own a significant majority equity stake in the businesses we invest in. As an active investor, we typically take a board position and engage with the executive team to accelerate growth.
Investment
We can invest up to USD 10 million into a single company over the respective financing rounds.
Term
Our typical holding period of a portfolio company is < 8 years.
Region
We primarily invest in Latin American companies.

Why we invest

The adoption of new technologies can improve productivity and innovation by making processes more efficient and by enabling enterprises to offer new goods and services to customers at a lower price, in addition to creating new types of digital products. Our aim with our investments is to boost innovation and support overall growth in Latin America projects.
